Oral Presentation at the International Conference WCCI


Joint research by our laboratory and the Harada Laboratory at Saitama University has been accepted for presentation at the international conference WCCI 2026 (IEEE World Congress on Computational Intelligence). WCCI is a joint event comprising three international conferences organised by IEEE (CEC, IJCNN, and FUZZ-IEEE), which are leading international conferences in evolutionary computation, neural networks, and fuzzy systems, respectively.

The presentation addresses the issue of the high computational time required for Multi-Objective Multi-Agent Path Finding (MOMAPF), an extension of Multi-Agent Path Finding (MAPF), which is also used in warehouse robots, to multi-objective optimisation. It proposes an approach using the evolutionary multi-objective optimisation method NSGA-II. Details are provided below.
